Hi, I’m Mike.  I was born in Utah and grew up in Southern
California. Besides raising and training my own pets over the years, I started my animal health career at a greyhound rescue and blood bank called Hemopet from 1997-1999.  I have fond memories of working with over 100 greyhounds in my two years of service.  I decided to become a veterinary technician and joined a local Veterinary Hospital in June of 1999. In 2001 I became lead technician and remained so until my departure in 2007.  In 2006 I graduated top of my class from Professional Veterinary Assistant School. After having passed the California state board exam, I am now licensed and registered as a veterinary technician. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge with the community through my services at Mike’s Pet Care.
